A very nice, modern, and clean hotel in a great downtown location. The two rooms we booked were in like new condition... no weird hotel smells, everything was clean, and everything worked. The bathrooms were also very nice with good lighting and, according to my wife, quality soaps and haircare products; however, the shower was quite narrow due to the grab bar that protruded from the shower wall. Parking is in a public parking structure next to the hotel. We paid $18 for each night, but because it's public, there are no in-and-out privileges. When we visit Sacramento in the future, this hotel will definitely be top on our list.

The place is sooo clean and the cafe inside is excellent! The food tasted amazing from breakfast to dinner 💕 such a nice thing to know that when you wake up you can get a delicious breakfast instead of a stale tasteless breakfast buffet from the usual hotels. Plus the location itself is wonderful! It is in midtown but is located in the nice quiet area, you go to sawyer hotel which is around the corner and it is loud and just not relaxing there. But this place is quiet for the most part and chill. Everything is very close to it too, the zoo, museums and other tourist spots. Highly recommend it! We will be definitely be coming back!

Upon check-in we were informed that our reserved room type was oversold so we were put in a room facing a concrete block wall. Not much compared to the 'city view' we'd booked, pretty depressing actually. The AC fan turned off automatically after about a hour, leaving times at night when neighbors kept us awake. Other than that, a nice clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows, walkable restaurants. Seemed like an okay value.

Everything was exceptional! If you ask me, mo other hotel exist here now. I refuse to stay anywhere else in the area. The most cleanest hotel I have ever been at! Cleanliness is the number one for me and they exceeded every expectation. The restaurant and bar are wonderful, great breakfast! The entire staff was wonderful and so helpful. Truly don't waste your time anywhere else.

This is the second time we stayed here and certainly won't be the last. From the minute you walk in the door, you are treated with kindness, respect, and a "can do" helpful attitude. The food is fantastic (we had snacks, a light dinner, and a wonderful breakfast on Sunday), and the bar/lounge area are very comfortable, as well as the outdoor patio.
